Creators keep their rights. InstagramFetch does not host Instagram media. If you want a resolver block or takedown for something we control, contact us.
Our position
InstagramFetch does not claim ownership of Instagram photos, videos, or audio. Downloads point at files Instagram already serves on its public CDN.
We do not run a searchable library of Instagram posts on our servers.
Takedown requests
Email legal@snapsave.studio with your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the Instagram URL involved, and a statement that you are the rights holder or their authorized agent.
We can block a public handle or URL from our resolver where we control that setting. We cannot remove the original post on Instagram.
Counter-notice
If you believe we removed access by mistake, reply to the same mailbox with a counter-notice that meets the usual DMCA requirements. We will review it in line with applicable law.
