InstagramFetch does not claim ownership of Instagram media. A copyright notice sits under every result card.
This scaffold only stores original placeholder images in /public/placeholders. It does not host a library of Instagram posts.
Takedown requests
Email dmca@snapsave.studio (placeholder) with: your contact details, the work you own, the URL on InstagramFetch, and a good-faith statement that you are the rights holder or their agent.
We will disable the specific listing or demo URL we control. We cannot delete the original post from Instagram.
Counter-notice
If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same mailbox and we will follow a standard DMCA counter-notice process once this product is in production.
