Download Instagram Photos & Profile DP in Ultra HD
Save the largest public photo Instagram exposes for a post. No login, no watermark added by InstagramFetch.
High-definition Instagram DP inspector
Instagram shows a small circle in the app. This lookup saves the public profile picture for that username. Private posts stay unavailable.
No profile picture yet
Search a username to see what the public resolver returns. Paste a /p/ photo link above to download a post.
Why InstagramFetch beats a screenshot
A screenshot is a new picture of the screen. This page downloads the public image file from the post.
Smartphone screenshots
Limited to the device viewport. They capture status bars and compress the picture again.
Ad-heavy scrapers
Many tools cap the file, strip the original, or wrap the download in extra pages.
InstagramFetch public file
The download is the largest public rendition Instagram exposes for that post. Private posts are rejected.
3 steps to a public photo
Save a public photo post without an Instagram login.
Copy the post URL
On a public Instagram photo, open the menu and tap Copy link. A profile handle alone is not enough.
Paste into InstagramFetch
Paste the link above and press Download Photo. The resolver reads the public post and returns the image files.
Save the largest file
Preview the dimensions, then download that file. If the post is a carousel, open the Carousels page for every slide.
Frequently asked questions
Photo size, profile pictures, and carousel posts.
What is the highest photo resolution Instagram stores?
Public Instagram photos are usually at most 1080 pixels wide, and up to 1350 pixels tall for a 4:5 portrait. InstagramFetch saves the largest public rendition that post exposes. It does not upscale.
Can I download the profile picture of a private account?
You can save the profile picture Instagram shows publicly for a username. Private posts stay locked. InstagramFetch does not log in or bypass private accounts.
Does the photo owner get notified when I download their photo?
No. A public resolve does not use your Instagram login, so this tool does not send a view from your account.
How do I download multiple photos from a carousel post?
Open the Carousels page and paste the same /p/ link. Download All as ZIP saves every slide in one ZIP file, and a single slide can still be saved from its card.
Need every slide in an album?
Carousel posts are split on the Carousels page.
