Live resolve reads public Instagram HTML, embed pages, oEmbed, and allowlisted CDN URLs. No login. If Instagram serves a login-wall shell to this server’s IP, real URLs return UPSTREAM_ERROR instead of a fake SVG.

Live resolve reads public Instagram HTML, /embed/, optional ?__a=1&__d=dis JSON, oEmbed, and allowlisted scontent/cdninstagram/fbcdn URLs. No login, cookies, or private accounts. Datacenter IPs often get a login-wall SPA shell (HTTP 200, no media); those URLs return UPSTREAM_ERROR instead of a silent SVG stub. Set LIVE_RESOLVE=0 to force demo stubs.
