Why does a Reel fail with PRIVATE_OR_UNAVAILABLE?
The account is private, the Reel was deleted, or the post is no longer public. We do not bypass Instagram’s privacy settings.
Is live Instagram resolution working yet?
Yes for public posts and Reels. InstagramFetch reads Instagram’s public page, embed, oEmbed, and CDN URLs — no login. If Instagram blocks this server’s IP, you get UPSTREAM_ERROR instead of a fake file. Demo chips still work.
Who owns the downloaded Reel?
The original creator. Keep downloads for personal use and do not republish them as your own.
